I would like to take the time to educate you on what you can expect from us after we have completed your works
Warranty- We offer a 1 year guarantee on any materials we install as a minimum. Some products come with a longer warranty, for example, our go to choice on downlights come with a 5 year warranty! If a product should become faulty during the time the warranty is valid, we will visit you and replace free of charge
Work standards- Our standard of work is guaranteed for 6 years through the NICEIC platinum promise. This means should the workmanship be found to be not compliant, we or another NICEIC contractor will rectify the issues and put right. This gives you extra peace of mind when you choose us
We aim to keep everything involved in our services to you as clear and as transparent as we possibly can. Every quotation we provide comes with clear terms and conditions in relation to the works being carried out
